CNS 2025第二轮通知

中国神经科学学会第十八届全国学术会议将于2025年9月25日－28日在西安国际会展中心（会议楼）召开，预计参会人数4000人左右。欢迎中国神经科学学会会员以及从事神经科学研究的科技工作者和研究生踊跃参会。会议具体通知如下：

一、会议内容和形式

1、会议形式包含大会报告、分会场专题报告、特色论坛、墙报交流、卫星会议等。本次会议采用现场报告的形式，不设线上会场。

2、会议期间还将进行CNS Award for Excellent Conference Poster现场评选活动。

1、分会场专题报告：

报告人PPT用英文，幻灯片页面设置要求是16:9，报告时间是20min，提问5min。报告不得请其他人代讲或报告人缺席（第二年取消报告资格），请专场主持人严格把控质量和报告时间。请报告人查看报告时间、报告标题和报告顺序，做好参会安排。

2、普通墙报展示：

1）墙报展示在一楼墙报区，展示时间为9月26-28日。墙报展示请在规定的交流时间段，在您的墙报前参与交流。

2）墙报编号将于7月份在会议网站公布，请在会议网站查询海报编号、展示日期和时间，在指定位置张贴墙报。

3）墙报尺寸：1.2m（高）*0.9m（宽），竖版。请参会者自行制作墙报，按照编号和展示时间到会场指定区域张贴并交流。

4）墙报交流完毕后，请在当日17点前取下墙报，过期会务组会取下不保留。

3、评奖墙报展示（限学会有效会员）：

l  参评墙报要求：仅有题目和内容，不出现作者姓名、学校名称及logo等，背景白色。须按要求自行制作并到现场张贴。墙报尺寸：1.2m（高）*1.5m（宽），横版。

☆若未按要求制作参评墙报，将取消现场参评资格。

l  此次评奖不收取评审费。参评者须交纳会议注册费并到现场做墙报展示。请在规定时间站在墙报前参与现场评选。

l  本次评选将根据投稿情况，设立初审环节，初审入围者将进行现场墙报展示及评审，青年工作委员会将根据墙报质量、现场交流、论文水平等方面进行现场评选。未通过初审者将默认作普通墙报展示。

三、参会交费

1、本次会议采用网上注册，会议网站www.cns.org.cn/2025/

2、荣誉会员、大会报告人、邀请嘉宾、分会场专题研讨会报告人和召集人免注册费。

3、取消参会：2025年6月30日前，全额退款；7月1日-9月15日取消参会，退50％会议注册费；

9月16日及以后取消参会不退款。

4、交费方式：会议网站注册缴费

国内：银联卡（须开通网上银行支付）、信用卡、支付宝、微信

国际：VISA, Master Card, JCB

5、关于注册费发票：

本次大会默认电子发票，不再提供纸质发票。

参会代表在交费前确认好自己的注册类型再进行支付，发票抬头开**公司的默认为企业代表。

会议注册费发票将在2025年8月1日-9月30日（工作日AM9:30-PM4:30) 由参会者登陆会议网站，点击“开票”按键自行开具。

请参会者正确填写发票抬头及税号等信息，发票开出不退不换。请保持手机及邮箱畅通以便及时联系。开票中遇到问题联系会议注册秘书杨丽丽。

四、住宿与交通

本次会议食宿和交通费自理。

1、  食宿安排：

会议提供9月26-28日的午餐，凭午餐券到就餐区就餐，晚餐请自理。

● 本次住宿授权上海得韬会展服务有限公司代为预订，住宿费委托上海得韬会展服务有限公司代收，发票由实际入住酒店开具。参会者完成会议注册并交纳注册费后，通过用户名和密码登录，在User Center中点击“Book”进行酒店预订，并完成交费。

● 您通过大会渠道预订的是会议团队房，退改政策如下：

>> 8月24日23:59之前，订单可以免费取消或变更（支付宝转账方式无手续费，国内在线扫码支付方式需扣除1%手续费，境外退款扣除8%境外转账手续费，余款原路退回），退款到账时间根据银行通知。

>> 8月25日0:01-9月7日23:59之前的取消或变更，退改费为减少金额的30%。

>> 9月8日0:01-9月17日23:59之前的取消或变更，退改费为减少金额的50%。

>> 9月18日00:01后订单不可取消，不可变更，不可退款，提前离店酒店不退费。

● 会议现场不能保证住宿预订服务，请参会代表会前完成酒店预订，也可自行通过其他渠道预订。

2、 交通信息：

会议地点：西安国际会展中心会议楼（灞桥区会展一路999号）

1）机场：西安咸阳国际机场距离会场约37公里，打车要35分钟。

2）火车：有西安站和西安北站。西安北站到会场约13公里，打车需要20分钟；西安站到会场约15.3公里，打车需要30分钟。

3）公共交通：会场紧邻地铁3号线香湖湾站，地铁站到会场约1.1公里。

The 18th Annual Meeting of Chinese Neuroscience Society(CNS 2025)

Meeting Notice

(The 2nd Edition)

We are pleased to announce that the 18th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Neuroscience Society (CNS 2025) will take place as scheduled from September 25 to 28, 2025, at the Xi’an International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The CNS 2025 Secretariat has released the first round notice. For more details, please visit Here.With an anticipated attendance of 4,000 participants, CNS 2025 promises to be a significant event in the field of neuroscience. We warmly welcome all neuroscience professionals to join us in Xi’an for this exciting gathering.

"CNS Award for Excellent Conference Poster":On-site evaluation and recognition of outstanding poster presentations.

※All presentations will be conducted on-site; there will be no online sessions.

II.Oral Presentation Requirements

For detailed scheduling and updates, please refer to the official program.

Language: All English sessions must present in English. All PowerPoint slides must be prepared in English.Slide Format:16:9 aspect ratio.

Time Allocation:Each speaker is allocated 20 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

Onsite Presentation: Speakers are required to attend in person. Substitutions or absences may result in disqualification from presenting at the following year's conference.

Session Chair Responsibilities:Session chairs are expected to ensure the quality of presentations and adherence to the allotted time.

III. Poster Presentation Requirements

1.Display Area & Dates: Posters will be exhibited on the first floor in the designated poster area from September 26 to 28. Presenters must be present at designated times to engage in discussions.

2.Poster Numbering and Schedule: Poster numbers, along with their corresponding display dates and times, will be announced on the conference website in July. 3.Poster Specifications: Posters should be in portrait orientation, 1.2m (H) × 0.9m (W). Please mount your poster at the designated area according to your assigned number and display schedule.

4.Poster Removal: Posters should be taken down by 5:00 PM on the day of their scheduled display. Any posters remaining after this time will be removed and discarded by the conference staff.

IV. CNS Award for Excellent Conference Poster

Based on the number of submissions, a preliminary review may be conducted. Posters that pass this initial screening will proceed to on-site display and evaluation.

1.Poster Content Requirements

Posters for onsite evaluation should include only the title and content. Author names, affiliations, logos, or any identifying information must be omitted.

The background should be white.

Posters must be self-produced and brought to the venue for display.

2.Poster Specifications: Each poster should be prepared in landscape orientation, measuring 1.2 meters(height)* 1.5 meters(width).

3.     Evaluation Fee: There is no fee for poster evaluation.Applicants must register for CNS 2025 and be present during the designated period to participate in the on-site judging.

Failure to adhere to above specifications will result in disqualification from the on-site evaluation.
